It was installed in the porch, in a niche designed by Philip Orchard, early in 2018, and blessed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/stjohnsburystedmunds.co.uk\/index.php\/building-history\/church-people\/revd-anne-haselhurst\/\">Revd Anne Haselhurst<\/a>\u00a0on the feast of Corpus Christi that year. It was given in memory of <a href=\"https:\/\/stjohnsburystedmunds.co.uk\/index.php\/building-history\/church-people\/canon-simon-pettitt\/\">Fr Simon Pettitt<\/a>, Vicar of St John\u2019s from 1986-1993, who died in 2009.
