This cross once stood on the High Altar. It was given to the church in 1898. It is made from ebony and designed in a Byzantine style, with an image of Christ the King, crucified but looking directly outwards.
The memorial corner also houses a wood and glass case containing a book of remembrance of the departed of the parish.
