Revd Anne Haselhurst trained for ordination on the East Anglian Ministerial Training Course, graduating in 1989. She was ordained deacon in 1992 and priested in 1994, the first year women were permitted to be ordained to the priesthood.
An American by birth, she was educated at Macalester College in St Paul, Minnesota. She served as deacon at St John’s from 1992-4 and as curate from 1994-5. She later served as priest-in-charge in parishes in Ely diocese, and was Rector of St James the Great, Cupar, and St Mary’s, Ladybank, in the diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane from 2006 until her retirement in 2015.
