Spiritual Direction is about being alongside people as they seek to grow spiritually and to deepen their relationship with God. The spiritual director listens and offers guidance.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) enables penitent Christians, seeking to amend their lives, to confess their sins and to be absolved of them by a priest.
